Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif released from Kot Lakhpat jail today

Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif was released from Kot Lakhpat jail.

A large number of PML-N workers and leaders, including Hamza Shehbaz and Rana Sanaullah, accorded him a rousing welcome.

Addressing workers, Rana Sanaullah said that today is a big day for the PML-N. "A larger bench has granted bail to Shehbaz Sharif. Revengeful propaganda has shattered today," he added.

He said that Shehbaz Sharif will play the role of the opposition leader after his release. "The country needs him the most. Shehbaz Sharif will attend the PDM as the PML-N president, while Maryam Nawaz will also participate in it," he added.
